Wow, not going back to this place. The dentist really wants you to rate her high on social media and you get the hard sell on that and getting extra procedures. It was awkward, unprofessional and I felt like she was more interested in getting a review then providing care. Therefore, I'm seeking treatment elsewhere.

It feels like you're at a used car lot with the hard sell. They keeping pushing for a review, the dentist herself put a tablet right in my face and asked me to write a review right then. The dentist also included unnecessary cosmetic procedures on my treatment plan that she never even discussed with me. My advice to this dentist: if you want to build your business, do it with excellent care, integrity and building relationships with your patients, not cheap swag and pressuring for reviews

I would absolutely NOT-recommend Dr. Hanna, her back office or front office staff.
We unfortunately had the experience of Dr. Hanna and her hygienist staff push treatment that is not even needed!
Even topping it off trying to start treatment on minors without parent consent or in the room!
Outrageous treatment plan of 12k for 3 children to be… honest and exact. We also requested the X-rays for proof for second opinion and was told yes to them emailing it three times with lack of follow through.
We did go to another dental provider for a second opinion outside of Dr. Hanna

The entire staff were genuinely kind, patient & above and beyond helpful. Beyond grateful to the entire staff. Special mention goes to Katie, Linda, Jeanette & of course to Dr. Hanna. Going to the dentist is a a phobia of mine, and this was the easiest, most pain free trip (which included a deep cleaning) I think I’ve ever experienced! Truly grateful to Smiles by Hanna for taking the debilitating fear out of going to the dentist! Keep doing what you’re doing, because y’all are doing it right....thank you!!! Definitely 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️

My wife and I moved here from Oregon and i needed to find a dentist to take care of me. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and reluctantly set a date. Turns out I had some cavities and needed them filled. They were SO accommodating and reassuring during my appointment. I would recommend them to anyone. They also work closely with doctors to help extract wisdom teeth, needless to say I'll be using them again.
