He is by far the most patient trainer I have meet, he starts of training you at your level, but then he challenges you.

He means business! Love the training sessions with him. Because of his expertise I am a couple of pounds from reaching my weight, thank you and keep training! I had been struggling with my weight all my life and I never knew what to do to keep the weight off. My trainer Chris pushes me to the limit and I am grateful that he does because I feel stronger and feel more energized.

I met Chris when he contacted me with an offer of personalized training sessions. I was not ready to commit at the time but I knew I had to make a change for the better. Now 4 years later, I look forward to my sessions and my physical health is a priority in my life. My strength and energy levels have improved. I am able to do so much more for myself now. I have a much better sense of self confidence. Chris is a great motivator and role model. I'm grateful for his dedication to my success and would highly recommend him to anyone at any fitness level.

I have been working with Chris for the past 3 months and have already seen changes physically, mentally and emotionally. I know for certain as I continue to train with Chris I will see the results that I have dreamed of. Chris is very knowledgeable he's patient and knows what I need to get those results. This is my 5 month progress with Chris. He is very knowledgeable and keeps you motivated. I’ve never looked this good! I put on muscle while losing fat. If I could give 6 stars i would!

Working with Chris, I’ve seen my body fat percentage go down and my muscle gains go up. I am so much stronger than I was when I began working with him in 2018. Training with Chris is a joy. He’s tough, but makes workouts fun and doable. He is always encouraging and makes sure I don’t give up on my goals — even when I really, really want to. If you’re on the fence about working with Chris, I would say just do it. You won’t regret it once you see the results you’ve been seeking for so long. He will get you right!!

I am 63 with a busy schedule, but my 3 sessions a week are the highlight of my week because I'm seeing results, I'm energized and happier!  I have lost weight, inches, and have gained muscle.  I'm stronger and more confident than I have ever been before.  Chris’ workouts have helped me build muscle in my arms and legs.  My back is stronger now. The bursitis I had on my left hip is now gone thanks to the strength training.  I also have AFIB and Chris has helped me strengthen my cardio as well.  He pushes me to limits that I didn’t even know I had.

Working with Chris I’ve grown so much stronger. He continues to test my strength to help me grow stronger everyday. There’s definitely a huge difference in physical appearance. I’ve never been able to shed fat and gain muscle at the same time. It feels good to be able to do that. I’m energy level has also increased throughout the day. Seeing the results I’ve seen so far is definitely a motivator to keep on going.

1. I have seen changes not only in my physical body, but my mental state from my work with Chris.  Chris has helped me gain an ability to do and believe things I didn’t think possible and this transcends into all aspects of my life.  It’s hard to believe that a great trainer can affect one’s ability to strive to achieve anything.

Since working with Chris I’m at the highest lean muscle mass I’ve ever been at and the strongest I’ve ever been lifting heavier weights. I’ve also reached the lowest body fat % since I’ve been working out with Chris.
Overall I’m super pleased with my results and where my physical fitness is currently at. In the beginning, I was not as strong and my stamina was not great. Chris has helped me build solid strength and stamina.
If your on the fence, I would say to give Chris a try and you will be very pleased. You will work hard during your sessions, but will become addicted to that feeling
