This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive.

Jonathan came out to service my new Whirlpool washer. I didn't think that the load and go function was dispensing detergent. He was prepared to install new parts. But before doing that, Jonathan checked to see that the pump was working and then checked the small hoses on the pump to see if they were working. We literally saw detergent pumping out of the little hose. So, there was actually nothing wrong with the washer. It just dispenses a lot less detergent than if I were to be adding manually. Dealing with Appliance Express was great. From scheduling to the technicians was seamless. I will definitley use them again and I will try to specifically request Lou. He was outstanding. So professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He explained what was wrong in a very understandable way. He showed me the broken part and explained why it happened. It all made perfect sense. I have my new go to appliance repair company.

Lou arrived withing the promised window of time to replace the compressor on my Whirlpool freezer. He was a very pleasant person, and obviously knew what he was doing with this repair. He did an excellent job, and did it in less time than estimated. This was a warranty repair, so Whirlpool selected Appliance Express to come out for this job, but I will definitely call Appliance Express if needed on any other appliance I have not covered by warranty.
