Ordered a new PTAC unit over the phone - very efficient process over the phone and was delivered quickly within a couple of days with no hassles or rescheduling. I feel I was overcharged for a simple part replacement. I paid $300 for the repair. The part online was only 25.00. While they say they credit you the service fee of 135.00 if they do the repair work, they just tack it onto the parts and labor.
