They "fixed" our fridge but it went out two days later and they refused to give the money back because it was “working’ as soon as they left. We had to pay 1k for this botched job of a fix. PLEASE READ! This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a technician. Our fridge door wasn’t working and after having to pay $1k for a new door that was installed crooked with wires showing our fridge then stopped cooling 2 days later…. After bringing this to the attention of Brandon the owner he just didn’t not offer to fix the issue but instead told us we now need a new compressor although he stated the compressor was fine during his initial diagnosis.

BAD BUSINESS - PLEASE READ - DO NOT TRUST - I'M OUT $1000 WITH A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR. Their technician Matt had trouble diagnosing the problem so the owner Brandon had to come out. The owner couldn't figure out why it kept frying the mother board so he called his trusted LG connection person and they told him it's the french door that's causing the problem. The owner told us if he cannot fix our refrigerator he would refund our money back becasue I told him I would rather buy a new refrigerator instead of fixing it for $1000. He said it'll take you a while to order a new refrigerator anyways. After

Exceptional! I requested a service call for an LG refrigerator that was not cooling. When making the appointment, I requested a tech that was certified to work with refrigerant. Brandon Taylor came to my home, on time, and was exceptionally knowledgeable. After discussion with Brandon, I decided not to have the repair work completed, and to go back to the manufacturer. Central Texas Hobbs Appliance repair was outstanding, and highly recommended.
