Your air conditioning system is actually designed with two separate units which perform together to provide you the ultimate comfort you deserve. The unit on the outside of your home contains a liquid refrigerant that is distributed over the coil located indoors. Through this process, the heat and humidity are removed from the air and your comfort is maintained by cooling the house.

WE HAVE WORKING A/C!!! Our normal A/C service guy came out 2 1/2 weeks ago and diagnosed low freon, and put some in. Only to find out we had a big leak. He no longer did major service or installs because he is retiring. So we asked for referrals of our friends. Then got several bids, once we realized due to the age of our system it needed to be replaced.
I can not say enough about Michael’s Comfort Conditioning!!!! These guys were a God send for us! After having been without A/C for 2 1/2 weeks. Michael is very detailed and thorough! Not to mention his pricing was very reasonable! We ended up needing to replace our whole HVAC system. Once they took the old one out, we saw just how bad the coils were and would have never made it through the winter for heat either. Michael, Joe and his crew got the job done in 1 day, cleaned everything up including hauling off the old system for us! We upgraded to the proper size unit for our square feet with a American Standard (made by Trane) 3 1/2 ton heat pump.
They are NOW our "Go To" for any needs in the future! The BONUS is now we are Energy Efficient!!! loL

I scheduled to have Michael’s out to have my gas furnace and evaporator coil unit in my hall closet moved into the attic. They were prompt, fairly priced and the owner answered all my questions before and during the install. They progressively picked up during the install as well. It’s so hard to find this kind of customer service from any company or service anymore. My house is so much quieter now that we don’t have the big unit in the hallway. This has been my go to company for years and anytime they come out I’m reminded of why.
