I wanted to replace my 18 years old hvac system and contacted One Stop Heating & Cooling. Jeff came to my house, checked my system and gave recommendations. With no pushing he explained to me different options and pricing. I decided to choose One Stop Heating and Cooling because the price was more affordable and the experience overall was much better than with other companies. The work was completed in one day, everything was cleaned and vacuumed. Old equipment was removed. Great company, will use them in the future.

Thank God, these people were so responsive, polite and upfront with costs and services rendered. I felt very safe and confident utilizing their services seeing that I live in Alaska and am unfamiliar with air conditioning (for obvious reasons) but they really pulled through in a timely manner, at a reasonable price and more importantly they kept in communication with me every step of the way. I most will be using them in the future!

Jeff was fast to arrive. Within an hour of calling the company, compared to several other companies I called who said later in the day or even days later. Jeff called 30 minutes after and was already on his way. He was friendly, professional, punctual and quick to repair. I was very happy.
