My mother in law had her bumper done there (only because the insurance picked this place) & was unsatisfied. They didn't sand out all the damage and just painted over the scratches that needed done. When is was taken back to get relooked at the manager was very rude and unprofessional about the issue. As my fiancé does body work/paint at his business & knows his stuff it seemed as if they were just trying to get over on them. Will not be bringing any cars there in future for anything.

Dutch valley did $5500 worth of repairs on my brand new rav4. I was shocked at how fast they completed the estimate and the repairs and my car was ready a day earlier than promised. They even washed it and vacuumed it. The car drives as good as before and you’d never even notice that parts were replaced and painted. Easy to communicate with and they worked with both my insurance and enterprise to hook me up with a rental. Would recommend!

My vehicle was in this shop for over a month after being hit from behind. I finally picked up my vehicle yesterday. The overall repair was done well and the vehicle was almost like new but as you know after an accident the vehicle is really never the same. However, when I arrived home to inspect the vehicle I saw some damage on my interior side panel on my passenger door. This is a brand new 2020 vehicle and I take care of my baby. Obviously the shop guys placed something on the side door or pushed up with some heavy machinery on the panel. The worker could have easily accepted fault but instead

Not good experiences with these guys.
I payed for a new engine to be installed in '99 Saturn. $3000. But the car never has run well even after subsequent charges and work. Said it needed a particular $400 sensor to fix.
I took car to a different repair place (Manheim Auto Sales & Service). No sensor was needed and the car finally runs well - less than $150 for their work.
Also, Dutch Valley's communication to us and estimates of time required to complete job were terrible. We continually had to call even though they promised to inform us of progress. 3 day job commitment
