Michael is a great agent but this review is specific to his team. I just wanted to shout out Maurice who is part of Michael's team. He is always helpful, patient, well informed and professional. First of all, he answeted the phone. That alone was a plus. That was great since I don't like to deal with answering machines reverting me to different places. He asked a couple questions and I tried to answer as best as I could. He was patient with me while I tried to get the answers he needed. He was able to get me a good quote for both my car and home insurance in a matter of minutes.
