Carole is a rock star! She has been my Dental Hygienist for more years that either of us would like to admit. Always the highest level of professionalism, but also balanced with caring. If you are actually fielding these comments, please let her know. And, yes, I have related that to her in person! She is a blessing.

I had a bad experience with Canyon Lakes Dental. They messed up my appointment and then tried to blame it on me. All the staff was trying to do was to argue with me, as if I had made the mistake. I came on time, but they had changed my appointment to much later time without informing me. After I left very dissatisfied, I did not hear from the dentist and no apologies were given. Bottom line, they wasted my time and for them there were no consequences. Except this bad review.

Very kind and friendly staff. Takes time to know patients, budgets, etc and offer a range of treatment options. Gentle dentist, great bedside manner. Highly recommend dental staff but defer Oral Surgery to a reputable Oral Surgeon. They have a doctor that comes in and can do certain extractions in office. That was a very bad experience.

I had a great experience. Dentist was great, staff was friendly, my first appt was easy to set up... I think that this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. (I am sorry, I stink at remembering names... 😅)
It wasn't all good news (cavities never are) but the way that my options were communicated and how they were prepared to answer any and all questions was great!

I love the entire team at Canyon Lakes. I've been seen here for 20+ years. Carol has done my cleanings multiple times a year. I've seen all the docs from Dr. O'Neil to Dr. Feroz. All very gentle and professional. Now with covid I was very impressed with all the steps taken to protect staff and patients while providing the best treatment. I came to this office petrified of dentistry and now look forward to my visits.
