One day last month, my gargae door would'nt open. I got a referal from a friend and called Urban Garage Door. My phone call was answered right away, and they showed up within two hours, diagnosed the problem, and made an appointment to come back the very next morning to install a new opener, which I am very happy with. This is the kind of customer service I would like to experience everywhere but unfortunately is rare nowadays. They are simply the best!

Our garage door has been causing problems for two weeks. I called Urban Garage Door for service yesterday afternoon. The owner Guy was assigning a technician right away to our house to check it out this morning. Very efficient service and communication. The technician Jordan is super nice and professional. He was notifying me his ETA. He repaired our garage door sensor very professionally and quickly while patiently explaining to us what caused the problem for the sensor. I would definitely recommend Urban Garage Door to families and friends. They're pro!

After I waited most of the day for another company to come and they were hours late for the appointment time with no explanation or warning- I decided not to work with them and find someone else.
