Chase from Tungsten Royce did an excellent job. We have a custom made door with Kumuru (similar to Epe) affixed. We supplied the wood and labor; Tungsten Royce gave us the requisite specifications. With the weight of the door, we needed to change out the motor. Each time we telephoned, we received a quick response. Professional service; appointments were kept; door works excellent!!! We are very happy.

We were incredibly happy with our garage doors and working with Tungsten Royce was a highlight of our garage remodel project. They were very clear the doors were custom made to our spec - we could come up with any design we wanted and they would make it work. We did bifold doors for a garage/living space and added windows. Mike took very precise measurements and gave us good information for the initial quote. I can not say enough good about this company!! I own a wedding venue in Idaho and needed some grand doors to separate 2 venue spaces and I needed the doors not just to function as doors but to be a feature of our venue. I looked all around locally and was struggling to find someone who could make doors that were 10 feet tall and 5 feet wide (to fill a 10x10 opening). I contacted Chase of Tungsten Royce 3 years ago to install a custom gate based upon my vision. I wanted an 8 foot tall gate. I wanted African Mahogany. I wanted frosted glass. The list goes on. In the end, Chase built a one of a kind masterpiece. It’s not just a piece of art, it’s the focal point of our home. It’s modern, yet warm. It’s overwhelming, yet welcoming.

I was looking for a door to convert my garage to an entertainment/Man cave space (for you know who). I called Tungsten Royce and they came to my home and gave me a few great ideas. I didn't want the regular roll up door because the track isn't very attractive. Mike suggested a swinging garage door that would pass inspection/code in my area. We were so happy with how the gates looked when they were first installed. It has been a year and a half, we have been battling problems ever since. Currently one of the gates is sealed shut and we have been unable to use it for months, and another cannot be closed. Calls and text messages for assistance have gone unanswered and unaddressed since January. Promises of calls to address the problem never come. The unprofessionalism and disregard is truly disappointing. I am now faced with finding someone that can fix our gates and determining how to approach restitution.

I contacted Tungsten as a result of the positive reviews that were aged but nevertheless positive. I secured an appointed very quickly with Mike Bronson whom measured, and discussed options for a custom entry and 3 garage doors. We spent a great deal of time together discussing options. Mike indicated he would have my proposal in a few days. I followed several weeks later and both my calls and emails went unanswered.
