This slat counter uses 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 in slats and can run 25mm diameter tablets and other large product.

Modular Packaging Systems has professional field service technicians and engineers on staff available to support our machines and packaging lines. Our field service technicians provide installation, training, troubleshooting and repair for all machines in our packaging lines. These services can be provided onsite at your location as well as at our facility.
The VC-12 Multi-lane Counting Machine continues to meet the needs of our customers with count accuracy, quick change over and simple operation. What is most appealing is that no expensive change parts are required to run this machine. Products of any kind can be counted including gummies, clear soft gels, and veterinary products.
A cost effective tablet packaging line with a small footprint, this line can be fitted with desiccant feeders (pouch or canister) as well as a neck bander depending on your individual packaging requirements. Made in the USA, this dual lane slat filler uses inexpensive change parts to output production speeds up to 175bpm.
Modular continues to support the TB4 tablet counter. We stock a complete inventory of parts and repairs can be made to series 82 batch counters. Our new digital scanner enhances the performance of the TB4. It replaces the outdated photo cell providing improved counting and the ability to run at a higher count rate.
