The Goswitz team is truly excellent. Let me begin by saying we were not their easiest clients to work for. My wife and I were first time home buyers with specific needs in a home, and did not want to compromise. Patrick Goswitz was our realtor when we were ready to purchase our first home ever. We looked at over 10 houses (can't remember the exact number) in March and April and Patrick was always super responsive and he was able to schedule for us to visit houses the day after they were listed. On two occasions that he was not able to be there in person, Frank and Jennifer took over and provided really great advice as well. I spoke with a young man name Patrick concerning a property I have been trying to purchase for the past year through another realtor. Patrick called me back within 20 minutes with the necessary information for me to contact the owner of that property. Patrick then offered to stop by the owners residence to let them know I was interested in the property!

You could not make a better choice that will change your life. The Goswitz team cares about their customers. I put my house on the market and placed it in Patrick and team's hands. I can say if you are looking for someone to put your trust in Patrick is the person for you. I could call him and he would respond in minutes. He also made trips to check on things for me since I was out of town. On top of that he was always there to answer questions, give advice and just be honest with me. Through his never ending patience and knowledge we ended up selling the house.
