Kitfo consists of minced raw beef, marinated in mitmita (a chili powder based spice blend) and niter kibbeh (a clarified butter infused with herbs and spices). Kitfo cooked lightly rare is known as kitfo leb leb. Kitfo is often served alongside-sometimes mixed with-a mild cheese called ayibe or cooked greens known as gomen.
In many parts of Ethiopia, kitfo is served with injera, although in traditional Gurage cuisine, one would use kocho, a thick flatbread made from the ensete plant. An ensete leaf may be used as a garnish. At Langano Ethiopian Restorant we follow strict standards on service, quality and presentation.

The food was delicious, Service was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because as a former waitress I feel like the waitresses are suffocating with the uniform they are wearing. I’m not entirely sure what’s behind the story of the Emirates airline uniform it’s an Ethiopian restaurant it has nothing to do with Dubai. I would understand if it was something traditional. It looks very uncomfortable. Waitresses should feel comfortable the job is hard as is. I maybe wrong, but if you feel the same please gives this review a thumbs up. Overall everything was nice.

Great experience. I loved the way they served the beef tibs. They were served on a small fancy stove to keep it warm throughout the dinner.
Spacious enough for a big party or just for a duo. Family friendly. You can choose to sit outside if you prefer.
Parking could be hard to find on the Georgia Ave. Ride-share or use public transport if you can.

The food is good. But, the customer service when you order Uber eat it’s the worst experience I had both times I ordered. You made order through Uber eat, the waiting time is almost an hour and when the driver gets there they don’t have the food. Technically, they don’t have more than half of the food from their Menu.

The most terrible service that I’ve ever received. They made me wait an hour just to pick my food and I ordered it a good 30 mins before getting there. To make things worse they didn’t get my order right even after waiting for that long. Please don’t pay for your food until you see your food in front of you, that way in case they take very long you can leave without paying. Don’t pay until your food is in sight. WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN!!

I know this place for over a decade, they serve a tasty food and the owner is a down to earth person. Visited yesterday evening with my buddy. The sever came to us with a great smile and passed the menu. We didn't want to eat, rather my friend ordered a beer and me a soft drink and I break the lady we didn't want to eat. All of a sudden her attitude and smile changed. That is completely fine with me but decided to write the review, hopping the owner will see it and educate the lady what customer service means in America.
