I love my work because of the variety that it entails-I am a dental assistant and a patient care coordinator as well. I am blessed to be able to help patients in different aspects of their dental experience. I am with them while they have their treatment done and I also help them coordinate their care at the front office.

Services
We take comfort in your comfort. We've designed our office with your comfort in mind. We offer complimentary laughing gas, blankets, TV, headphones, the latest technologies, and lots of TLC. We have same-day emergency appointments available for all of our patients. If you have an after-hours dental emergency, Dr. O'Leary's personal number is on our office recording.
On your first visit, we will ask you about your concerns and goals for your dental health. We will also take X-rays and make complete chartings of your teeth. We will discuss the information gathered and give treatment options designed for you to reach your dental goals. Cost and timing of treatment will be tailored in order to fit within your schedule and budget.
Thank you for taking the time to complete your paperwork prior to your appointment. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can properly input all of your information. You have the options of filling out your paperwork online with our secure website or printing your paperwork and bringing them with you to your appointment.
We are a preferred provider with: United Concordia, Washington Dental Service, Delta Dental, Metlife, Aetna, Cigna, GEHA, Guardian, HMA, Mutual of Omaha, Principal, Regence, Sunlife and some United Healthcare plans. As a courtesy service for our patients, we will submit your claims to your insurance.
If you are without dental insurance, you can receive affordable dental care with Aetna Vital Savings Plan. We have partnered with Aetna Vital Savings and are a preferred provider. This plan is specifically designed for patients without dental insurance. Once you sign up, you will receive all dental treatment in our office at a discounted rate.

I, and my family, were patients of Dr O'Leary's for the last several years, until recently. Dr O'Leary is very kind and will always correct a filling if it's not right or check you out when there is an issue. I don't have anything inherently negative to say about her abilities.
Her clinic has clearly taken on too many patients, when you can't even get in for a cleaning for 8+ months. One of the main reasons we chose to leave and find another dentist, aside from the scheduling nightmare, is her RUDE front office staff. Been going to Dr. O'Leary for years, her children were students of my mother in law so it was a personal referral. They are always courteous, great environment and have taken care of my emergency situations as well (cracked a tooth) she also filled and sanded a chip in the front.
When I wanted Invisalign she suggested a specific individual which I used and has been great. I wanted to go the cheap route and use smile direct, which they discouraged but still accepted. I eventually changed my mind and should have gone with the original recommendation.

Dr. O'Leary and her staff are great! We just moved to WA recently and I needed to find a new dentist for myself and my kiddos. I was nervous (per usual at any dentist) but everyone made me feel very comfortable and helped calm my nerves. I have been to their office several times and they are always punctual, communicative, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental care.

Dr. Truyen O' Leary and her staff are AMAZING. From making an appointment to the actual procedure itself, I have felt safe and taken care of. Covid precautions have met all medical standards and beyond.
My check-up was on time and thorough. The hygienist did a great job. Dr. O' Leary met with me personally and addressed any concerns I had. I felt at ease knowing I was receiving experienced and knowledgeable care.
I left feeling comfortable and satisfied with my care. We even confirmed another appointment within the next 6 months. No insurance issues whatsoever.

I moved from Tacoma to Olympia recently. I was looking to get established at a dentist near me. I googled, of course, Family Dentistry at Hawks Prairie caught my attention. I was looking for a place were I felt safe, and well taken care of with no judgement. After my 2nd visit, I knew this was going to be my forever dentist place. I love it here, the vibe is so positive, I felt welcomed, everyone who works there is super nice, I felt taken care of, felt safe, and it does actually feel like family. Love it here! ♡

I have been waiting to post this. I went to Dr Oleary for about two years. I always felt something was off (long story). Towards the end I came to her about two teeth that I thought she could just cover white like she did to my daughter. To make a long story short she said maybe insurance would pay for crowns. I agreed to submit for the claim. She said she was also going to submit for my two front teeth. I don't know why but Mutual of Omaha denied for the two that were bad and approved my front teeth. She scheduled

Dr. O’Leary and her staff are the BEST! Professional, fun and welcoming! I brought my two kids in yesterday for a cleaning and check up. The kids were content and comfortable during their cleanings making this a wonderful family dentist! We could stay for hours chatting with them. My youngest even enjoyed herself in the waiting area looking into the peaceful aquarium, haha!
