If your looking for insurance please consider Mark Hess and his team!! Im so glad we decided to switch over to State Farm, the process was easy and flawless. Make sure to ask for Kelli Poole, she was so professional and even responded to my emails outside of regular work hours. This company is hands down the BEST!!

The next State Farm commercial should be about Kelli from State Farm! Any questions we come to her with, she is right in top of it and gets us answers right away. Kelli is very knowledgeable and professional while still building a rapport with us. It feels like we’ve been friends forever. It goes way beyond just good insurance rates! Andria with Mark's office is incredible. Whether it's taking care of our personal insurance needs or the clients that we refer to her, she is very prompt & thorough. We can count on her to be communicative & courteous. She responds to questions & requests very quickly. She even helped my husband recently when the battery in his vehicle died. In a world where "going the extra mile" is no longer the norm, it's amazing to have an insurance agent that does.
