So much to do right there on site. This is a perfect place to bring a family with children. My husband & I were thinking how much our grandchildren would have enjoyed everything you offer. We have lived at Toscana for almost a year in several units. Bldg.10 is good if you are looking for a decent short term furnished rental with the basics. It works well for that. There are many other units that offer a wide range of items if you are looking for more of a longer term "home" feel. Dillon and Karen are great to work with. Some issues have popped up but Dillon takes care of things promptly with great follow up and communication. They have been very accommodating to me and my family. My one suggestion would be to stay on top of the cleaning move-in/move out crew. Could be better. The

I travel for my job often and I have a low bar for expectations. My four months at Toscana was beautiful and conveniently located, but Creel Mgmt was so much work and money to deal with that it was not worth it. The service was comparable to a third world country. They were unorganized by misplacing rent checks and misdirecting everyone's mail; they were unclear and miscommunicated about prices; they were irresponsible and allowed water to drip from my ceiling for 3 days; and careless for making people wait on them for hours because they did not want to use schedules or honor a set time to meet

We may never leave! In our recent move from Chicago to Phoenix we decided to rent for 6 months to figure out where we wanted to buy a home. We only had 45 days after our home in Chicago went under contract and we knew finding a place would be a challenge, especially in the Arizona "high season". It's all good...I don't deal with staff due to my bad experience but not here at Toscana Condominiums, in another property company....stores near by. Across the street it's called high street nice upscale restaurants and good boutiques....AMC THEATER, lots of nice stores and restaurants at desert ridge mall sooo walkable...if you are a fit person walk it....I go see a movies every friday I love to go around 7pm and walk back safe so far so good. 24/7 guard and this is the reason why I'm here cuz I feel safe so far....3 HUGE POOLS....FIREPIT BIG ONES. STEAMROOM FOR WOMEN ONLY AND MEN ONLY....NICE

The room and facilities were overall very nice. Great rooms, wifi works well, allowed late checkout. But, if you're wanting to relax poolside and are staying during a busy time of the year, do not stay here. It was almost impossible to find an open lounge chair from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We were very disappointed since enjoying the sunshine in Phoenix in March is a main reason we traveled to the area. We will not be staying here again.
