Stop lying about the 3-4 month wait when people aren't moving out just to get application fee money. There's a group of us who put in applications and we were told the same lie by Lori. And please save the reply Lori because when we tried to talk to you, you said there was nothing you could do so don't pretend to care now..It's not what you say it's how you say it.

The noise level around here is an amphitheater this place is not quiet how could it be right on Hwy 70. If you face the pool area don't plan on ever going to bed early. Constantly kids screaming, like someone is being mauled be a bear, and drunks partying until well after dark when the (amphitheater) pool should be closed. Staff is friendly, if you don't have an issue. Otherwise you waste your time with any concerns. I feel like I'm wasting my time now. But just read a glowing review this place and apartments dotcom says this place is 4.5 noise level. Which means good. I bite my thumb at that.

This place is just amazing! I have lived here with my family for 2 years and we call this place home. The apartments are comfortable, spacious and beautiful. The managers and the staff are always kind and willing to go the extra mile in order to guarantee the quality of the apartments and common areas.

I like to live here, it is a nice and calm place. I love how big is the gym and how relaxing is the pool. Apartments are big and new. If you need something, people in the office are more than helpful. If there is something I consider need to be improved, is the trash compactor. 0nly one is not enough for everyone's trash.

I gave these apartments 5 🌟 because of my experience with management and what I witnessed with my own eyes 👀. My review was not a paid review nor was there any other incentives. Furthermore I never reside here at Stallings Mill I was just inquiring about a 2 bed for my sister and also I watched these apartments build from the ground up. Sorry for any confusion.

Definitely it is not LUXURY apartment homes. Do not believe in 4-4.6 stars on other websites.
Management is not horrible but tend to lie to you about small little things before you move in/or before you sign lease.
These apartment were built super quick and super cheap. If you want to sleep get top floor.
In the apartment there is enough floating floor (no carpet) that your ceiling (1st, 2nd floor) will be vibrating. If you have family above you, you will know what and in which room they are doing. Horrible!
Someone will say it is "apartment living" environment. Disagree!!! It suppose

The staff here are amazing. The leasing process was quite & the staff were helpful throughout the entire process. The units and grounds here are beautiful and well kept. This place truly centers around Community, Diversity and Building relationships. They host Cookouts, A ton of Seasonal activities and Community events. If your looking for an above average living experience with personal touches this IS the place!! We love it here.
