This is my second year at Adeline. Honestly i dont even know why I renewed my lease. This complex is definitely better than my old, looks wise! But they are so not hands on at all. This apartment complex is way tooo expensive for me to not receive my packages on time, have trash piled up way to the top. Residents cant even throw there trash away. Then maintenance. You might as well fix whatever you have broken or need done, yourself! Maintenance will not come till about a month after youve put in a service . If im cooking, and my boyfriend is on his game, everyththing will all of sudden shut off

I don't know where to start. I'm going to tell you this they all about their money and don't care about their residents. I went without a oven for about 5 months. And then when I call up to the office the manager want to get nasty without even listening to what I had to say. Now this very moment I've been without a oven for 2 weeks and my house has been flooding almost a week And all they can tell me is somebody's coming they just don't know when. And nobody will answer the phone!!

Trying to get ahold of anyone in the office is next to impossible. It took 2 weeks for them to come back and deny my boyfriends application because im pregnant with health issues and unemployed. I wasn't going to be paying rent. My boyfriend was. But because I have 4 months of rental history that wasn't good. The application was denied. I was out of work and still making partial payments to my apartment complex. We were told that everything looked good. All it needed was upper management to sign off. I turned in my vacate to move notice at my apartment. Only to be told 4 days before our move in

I lived at Adeline for almost 2 years. Besides the gate never working and me paying for a gated community; them not being flexible or accommodating residents during the wake pandemic, I had no other complaints. Until I moved out. I moved out at the end of July. On August 2nd, I was sent a move out summary via email with incorrect charges. I went to the leasing office and was told they would send me an updated summary. 2 months go by, I hear nothing from Adeline. I get a phone call from a debt collection agency saying Adeline is requesting I pay $400 more than what was on my original move out summary

When I entered my lease agreement in 2018 the "gated" facility was 5 star but over time it declined to 2 star.....After sending numerous emails with pictures pertaining to water entering my lower level apartment when it rained because the gutters were clogged, loud neighbors, the entrance gate was broken" at least 8 months and is still broken to my knowledge, trash compactor broken most of the time which left tenants no choice but to pile up their trash which caused an odor, tenants not picking up after their pets although the office staff sent out several emails there were no consequences, kids

We have a 10 month lease, and it is too long! There is so much noise in the walls from pipes banging and clanging, that we tried ear plugs, but they did not work. We finally had to switch to the guest room to get some sleep. We were told it cannot be fixed, and we were the only ones with that problem. Talked to someone else here WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT, only they have to stay in their living room!!!
The dishwasher falls off the tracks EVERY TIME you try and load something in the bottom rack. We also had to buy new glasses, since the top rack is so close to the top of the machine,

Worst parking for residents. I request parking decals 3 months ago still nothing. I have to park so far when I get off work at night. The residents guest park in the front of the building with no regard for the tenants that live here, or either the tenants have multiple cars and all of them have to be parked at the door. I request to be moved into another building without so much going on along with better parking. Noise control is an issue, the walls are thin too. I was awoken by noise from my neighbor. I guess they did not realize that he or she lives on the 3rd floor and there would not be
