I have lived at the arbors for about 2 years and I have to say that when I have any issues with fixing anything, they are quick to fix it. All I have to do is call Heather, who is the arbors manager and she takes care of business in a timely fashion. The arbors is a very peaceful and clean place to live in, I recommend it.

I have mixed reviews of my 5 years of living here. For the most part, the Arbors is a quiet place to live, but the property is poorly managed. If you want to experience what luxury living looks like, stop by on a Monday at 8am. Trash and recycling overflowing all around the dumping area (needs one more station); plus stray cats present at night. Lately, we have experienced a resident who egged all the resident’s cars parked on the perimeter. The pool literally has 7 chairs to sit on (due to wear and tear of 7 year old chairs - not Covid). The pool has bugs in it and is dirty, when not closed

My husband and I are building a home and were very uncertain how much time would go in between our moves. So we decided the best thing would be to find a short term rental for 3 months.
We went to several different apartment homes in Clayton, Raleigh and Knightdale. When I called and talked with Lisa about the requirements for renting the apartment at the Arbors I immedicably felt at ease and welcomed by her and the entire staff. Everyone I have had the pleasure to talk with have been nothing but helpful and go out of their way to help me in my search. Lisa took my daughter and I on a wonderful

Probably would've enjoyed it better if there was a different staff. Everyone is fake or cold. I cannot stand the maintenance workers. I've let problems go on for months without being fixed just so those 2 creepy men don't enter where me and my children sleep. Place is new but managed like a dilapidated low-rent community. The grounds have slowly been getting worse especially in the last 2 months. The place feels like it's already falling apart. Everything in the apartment is cheap as far as appliances so they're falling apart too. Please go anywhere else. It'll be so much cheaper than an overpriced

We found the Arbors of East Village to be a great place to live. We moved in on a short term lease while we were deciding on a home purchase/build. It was an enjoyable experience. The staff was great (Heather, Ana and Lisa). Very responsive while paying attention to detail. Our apartment was in great condition with LVP flooring, granite counter tops, spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Works well with pets as they have a court yard and a sidewalk to downtown Clayton. There is a gym and outside swimming pool. The location is very helpful with Clayton's 70 Bus W-Hwy less than 2 miles away. The people

The Arbors was supposed to be just a place to spend the 5 months it would take to build our new home. However, my husband and I actually enjoyed our time there. The apartment itself was roomy, clean and well appointed. We were easily able to work from home with the strong and consistent wifi available. The staff was friendly and responsive. The proximity to downtown and the walking trails around the area were nice perks. The amenities were nice as well, however, due to Covid we did not take full advantage of them. If you need a place for a short term rental or a place to live with other professionals

My mother in law has been living here for 1 year and 3 months. We visit her frequently and have been very impressed with the staff, property and maintenance team.
They have a beautiful pool, that is well maintained and the outside restrooms are always sparkling clean! They have a nice childrens play area, a dog park, gym and clubhouse sitting area.
The staff is always friendly and appear to be diligently working. The landscaping is pristine and I even see where they replace mulch frequently to keep things looking sharp.
Last week they had a full spray down of all breezeways and outside balconies

Very nice and luxurious... around a good price range for what you get... neighbor full of police that live there, only issue is never move on top floor and have a complaining A-hole under you when you have a 3 year old that likes to play and jump around a little... other than that exactly safe place to live.. will have pictures later

I acquired my dream job and chose to move to the Raleigh area. I have only been in North Carolina for a few years, so I was concerned with signing a lease to a foreign community during the pandemic. Once I spoke to Ana- my mind was pretty much made up! Heather, Ana, and Lisa answered all of my questions. Ana even made a special trip to the model apartment for a personalized virtual tour.
I visited the property and took my dog for a stroll through the courtyard. The residents were friendly and the grounds are immaculate! Safety is very important to me. The property is well lit, and neighbors look
