Husband and wife team, Justin and Kelly Villafane, work alongside each other to provide one-of-a-kind dental and speech therapy services. At Floss Family Dental and Surgical Center, we search for the underlying problem and provide seamless solutions.
It's the people who make Floss exceptional. From behind the reception desk to those handling the floss, to our dentists, together our goal is to ensure you feel like family. Dr. Justin Villafane is a University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Dentistry graduate. Kelly's 10-plus years of public school experience training and mentoring speech-language pathologists.
Dr. Villafane and staff are simply the best! I know I am receiving the best care when I come in for regular check-ups. My favorite aspect of Floss Family Dental is the flexibility in scheduling visits after work. This alone would make me choose them over any other dental office. The nicest staff ever!

I had an amazingly positive experience with IV Sedation here at Floss Family Dental. I needed two silver amalgams replaced + a cavity filled. I opted for IV Sedation due to my extreme anxiety when it comes to getting the numbing shot and drilling. I was not "out" as much as I expected to be, but it was still a very positive experience. I was aware of most of what was going on. (Vs when I had my wisdom teeth out, I was completely unaware.)
Dr. McConnell did a great job on the fillings and with the sedation. Over an hour felt like a lot less, and I also didn't even feel the numbing shot! I do appreciate

Wonderful experience as first time parents getting our baby’s lip and tongue tie corrected. They are so welcoming and kind. They explain every single step before they do it, they explain it more than once and make sure you’re okay with it and make sure you know what’s happening or going to happen. They check on you multiple times to make sure you’re doing okay. They are quick and efficient. Will give you personal phone number to contact if you have any concerns, at any time of day. After check up a week later they still insist on contacting them (even with personal phone number) if you

Hands down the most caring, knowledgeable, professional dentist I have ever been to. I have a chronic form of leukemia and can be a bleeding risk and Dr Villafane knew just what to do. I had absolutely no problems with an extraction. It's also one of the most painless procedures ever. My terror very quickly left and I felt good about being there. Thank you so much! My 7 week old had a tongue & lip tie and Dr. Villafane did her laser revision. She is now able to nurse with no problems! Dr. Villafane was great at answering my many questions, gentle and quick during the procedure, and has even been following up to make sure she’s healing well. Definitely recommend Floss Family Dental!

Wow!! Have never been so impressed by a dentist in my life! Such kind staff and doctors, who take their time and are very thorough! If you are on the bridge about going and seeing a dentist this is definitely the place to go!! Their office is beautiful so that is a big bonus! Cannot express my happiness enough with this place!

My family has been going to Floss Family Dental to see Dr. Villafane for years now and we love their friendly caring style that also comes with excellent dental care! My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. McConnell, whom we met for the first time, and everything went as planned and Kim kept me informed throughout the procedure.
