This place is a gem and I can't believe I didn't discover it until I moved out of Federal Way. The price, staff, atmosphere, amenities, it's all incredibly awesome! I've seen the reviews about it having a wear and tear vibe but the place has been around for what.. like 40 years? Constant moisture does a number on anything and I think they've done an excellent job at maintaining the facility. The addition of the TV really took it to another level. Thank you Elliot Bay!

The place is very clean. No hassles. 1st come, 1st serve. Show up and get on the waiting list if there is one. Most of the time it is no wait. The staff are very friendly and seem to go out of their way to please the customer, above and beyond great customer service. Quiet and private, relaxing atmosphere. This place will make you wonder why this is the only one around now, since the closing of Tubs many years ago. I love this place!

During a pandemic it's a true luxury to be able to use a sauna, hot tub, and shower that I know has been disinfected between uses, and is pretty safe as a result. The only issues I had were that the huge clock on the wall, while visible from the sauna, didn't work, which was no help at determining how long I'd been in the sauna. Also, the music controls stuck, and it took forever to change them. However, other than that, it was really great to be able to finally sit in a sauna again.
