Our technicians are highly skilled and have over 100 years of combined experience. Most of all they love cars and care about yours. Starting with just one lube technician in 1991 Strictly Toy-Ondas has grown to 3 full time employees in the Shop. While John oversee the operation and helps when things get busy.
Always remember "preventive maintenance" visits give the experts the chance to catch something that may become a major problem down the road. This ultimately saves you money and time. As we talk about scheduled maintenance in this section, sometimes you have to adjust for your living and driving situations.
High quality regular maintenance is key to avoiding a vehicle breakdown. Consistent service allows our service technicians the ability to keep an eye out for any potential or developing problems. However, unforeseen things can still happen (like car parts failing without warning). With any vehicle problem, it can be difficult and/or dangerous to stop.

I had asked them to check the calibration of my backup sensors on my Toyota RAV4. They indicated that they were unable to complete the recalibration and instructed me to go to another business to have it resolved. But in their attempt to resolve the issue themselves they introduced a system malfunction that ultimately had to be resolved at the dealership. When presented with this they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. They either have a complete lack of integrity or they lack the technical knowledge to even realize that their actions resulted in a system failure. Regardless I will
