Great service! Requested a suit be done in 2 days. The service was fantastic, turn around time outstanding, and customer service made me feel like family.

I have been to the business four times to pick up altered pants and they still are not done. They have had my pants for over two weeks. Once I get them back I will never use this place again, no matter how good of a job they do.

Truly sad that my jersey was ruined and the owner didn't do the right thing. Dropped off my jersey to be altered on a Saturday. I needed to wear this the following weekend for an out of town event. I asked if it could be completed by the following Friday at noon - she said yes but that she would have to charge me a rush charge. I agreed and paid the whole amount right then. Arrived on Friday at noon and she had not even started on it and asked if I could come back in an hour. At that moment, I should have said no and just asked for a refund, but instead I agreed to give her the hour

Took my Navy dress white uniforms in to get patches put on and dry cleaned. It was fast and was quality work. Will be back.

Don't go here. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service and substantial lack of integrity.

This was the worst experience I have ever had getting alterations. Not only was the store completely unorganized the owner couldn't find my wedding dress during the first fitting. She finally found it after searching the whole store. The owner was also very unpleasant and always seemed like I was an inconvenience to her rather than a customer. Seeing this is the most exciting event of my life I was shocked at the overall customer service experience. The final day the dress was supposed to be ready it wasn't and I had to come back two days later due to my work travels. Keep in mind this

She did an excellent job on my daughters prom dress, she is very busy so give her the time to do it and she does a great job.

Never again! Takes on way too much work, doesn't have time nor manages her time to complete things on time as scheduled, and was unable to complete complicated alterations for a bridesmaid dress. Every time I came by for another dress fitting for further alterations, she was in the back doing the alterations at the last minute, knowing well that I had an appointment with her...this happened with all 4 of my dress alteration/fitting appointments. On picking up the dress for the wedding, she had her husband in the back steaming the dress at the last minute, and was hemming the sleeves on

1. Missed the due date/time twice on same item. (Poor)
2. Gave me back a wrinkled suit jacket. (Poor)
