Graziano's opened in 1994 by two friends who met at Cornell University. Twenty six years and four kids later Steve and Maria are still friends. Both attended the Culinary Institute of America and are passionate about serving carefully selected foods made from scratch using fresh natural ingredients.
All sauces, soups, dressings, and desserts are made in house. Bread started the day as flour, yeast, and water in our bakery. The pizza ovens are fueled with apple, cherry and oak hardwoods for a unique flavor and blistered artisan crust. We never use preservatives, msg or trans-fats. We deal with local suppliers who share our commitment to quality.

I just had to write a review after dining at Graziano's and ordering their Stinger Pizza. Absolutely mind blowing! It was an amazing pepperoni pizza that was taken OVER THE TOP, with the drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey! Seriously, this is one of the best pizzas that I have ever eaten. I'd go back for that, alone!

I attended a Sunday afternoon baptism celebration in a private room. The menu included bread, Caesar salad, calamari, pizza, sausage and peppers , pasta with vodka sauce, Ravioli and chicken Parmesan. Damn. That was a lot of food. The big platters just kept coming. Huge family style portions. It's nothing fancy but guaranteed to please your guests. The Servers, bartender and the team did a great job of getting all the food out, getting more food out and clearing the tables in a fairly crowded space. They did a great job!
I'm looking forward to bringing my family back to try the rest

This place ROCKS. My server Julie was awesome and was able to make sure there were options that suited my dietary needs. The bartender Dawn made AMAZING drinks and even suggested many special drinks to me based on my preferences. Some good vegan options are the spagetti marinara and the pizzas with daiya cheese. They also give a generous portion of vegan focaccia and olive oil. A gem in Niles.

:(. I don't even know how to start this review.
I am beyond sad that people who have restaurant business dont know how to lead it .
I was seated the moment I arrived, without any enthusiasm.
First thing I noticed, is that restaurant was 7/8 empty so why reserve?! But ok.
I waited for my sister to arrive for few minutes.
Some how we choose this restaurant bc it was convenient for both in that moment but the second I told my husband where we plan to go he was not happy about it, he didn't had nice experience neither his group few years back. We thought that it was just man's complaint

I recently went here after a funeral for a luncheon. The food I could eat - which was nothing - shh don't tell my Dr. - was great didn't offer anything for special dietary needs. Everything had dairy & gluten. I did bring leftovers home and the "normal" people in the house really enjoyed them. I do want to go back and try items on their regular menu that I can eat.

Had driven by this place for years and had never stopped in. The place always seemed crowded so I always envisioned there being a wait. From the sign I thought the focus was "wood fired pizzas" --thought it might be just a fancy Blaze Pizza, but I was wrong. The restaurant is more of a typical Italian an style restaurant and the building was huge, there was no wait. We tried the pizza (which was excellent if you like their style), and a pasta dish. The pasta dish was excellent. Their home made house dressing is excellent -- make sure to try it. The house salad was also large and tasty

Passing by this place many times and it was nice to finally have lunch with friends.
The restaurant is bigger than I thought. Pleasant casual atmosphere. Menu has lots of choices. I was thinking of brick-oven pizza but decided to try Grilled Salmon instead. It was delicious but little burnt.
The attendant was friendly and attentive.

Ordered pizza. Yelp say it's $10.95 for a small margarita pizza. Bill was $40 for a small pizza and spaghetti w/ meat ball. On the bill the pizza was $15. That makes the spaghetti $25I asked the manager to honor the price difference advertised, he told me "tough luck". If over priced, run of the mill Italian food brought to you by typical rude Italian management is your thing, then this is your paradise.

Been wanting to try this place for a while and I am glad I finally did. Loved their pizza! We got the 16” half Margherita, half carnivore and it was perfect! Did not need any sauce because the flavors were perfect by themselves! As for the restaurant, it’s definitely spacious. They got outdoor dinning too. Our server was polite and funny! It was a wonderful date night with the hub!

I have been to this place many times, but this is the first review. The food has always been good, and it was this time as well. We started with the grilled calamari, which was ok. I had the minestrone soup and my friend had the salad. The soup had a lot of beans in it, and for the salad, they only had one type of dressing. (Not sure if they were out of others, the waiter never mentioned.). My friend ordered the shrimp risotto and I had the salmon. Both were very good. The reason for the rating is due to the service. Our waiter seemed bothered that we were there. He was very quick to take

Wonderful lunch with my mom on and for my 53rd birthday. I had their Steak Salad with Balsamic dressing. My mom had the Eggplant Parmasan (dairy free).
A couple glasses of sparkling prosecco with my mom, totally made my birthday!
We ate under their outside tent, weather was great, breezy and warm but comfortable!

I'll start with the awful service. We were sat pretty far from what looked like our servers area, as we asked to be in the sun. However there were several other servers working our area, just not us. We are seated, told bread and water would come. Water came. No bread. We ordered as soon as she came back which took 6 minutes. After 29 minutes of being in the restaurant we finally received our food.
MY food was bland and not exciting. I ordered the gnocchi but was rudely told "were out" and that was it. So instead I had the fettuccine with four cheeses. Pretty dang bland. I

I am 30. I have been coming here since I was, what, 12? This is my family's #1 restaurant for all major events. Why?
Fantastic, reliable food. Great ambiance. COVID restrictions made everything move outside and the wait staff was more delightful than ever (thanks, Javier!).
Every night is a special night there. Make sure you order the Margherita pizza!! It sounds basic, but once you've had Graziano's you won't order it anywhere else.
Also, if life ever gets back to normal their big family salad is to die for. And at a reasonable price!!
Oh oh also- bottles of wine are crazy

I've been coming to Graziano's for over ten years and only now have thought about writing of these great experiences on yelp.
This place is a very traditional family friendly Italian restaurant. It has a wide range of choices on the menu both for carnivores as well as non-carnivores. Portions are very generous and pricing is very fair. They have their own huge parking lot as well and do not be surprised to come here and find it is busy and full. Service is very kind and friendly almost family oriented. This place is very casual no pretentiousness nothing fancy. I have been coming here
