I have used this vendor on a couple of occasions for commercial appliance repairs. The service technicians in the field are fine, but the billing department is a living nightmare. My credit card was charged repeatedly for charges that did not apply to my account, and getting the charges clarified, or removed, has been impossible. Unless you are paying with cash or check, I recommend avoiding them completely.

I promise you it's not worth it, no business should ever collect the bill before service is done. AVOID at all cost even if recommended by manufacturers.

Booked a repair for my oven on a certain date, they called the same day and said they couldn't come so they showed up the next day. They charged me $450 for literally a 10 min temporarily fix job. The oven broke again 2 days later. I been waiting now for 2 weeks to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix but they keep saying we will let you know today. THEY ARE LIARS, everytime I speak to someone on the phone they LIE!? Very unprofessional. I am not sure why the oven manufacturer recommended them. I use Superior to perform the warranty work on our equipment. Their techs are well trained, professional and carry the inventory needed to fix our equipment on the first visit. I highly recommend them. I find the owners are fair and reasonable. I am able to approach them with any communication and they are willing to work with me. In terms of volume we use them for well over 85 calls a month.

I called this company because they are the authorized rep for my Pitco fryer which I was told was by the person answering the phone was probably still under warranty. When the repair technician arrived, he informed me that It was just out of warranty. He did a good job repairing the fryer, but was unable to give me the cost. I never received a bill, but I learned from reading my credit card statement that they charged me over $426 for the 30 minutes he spent to diagnose and change a part that can be purchased online for $15. Seriously, we're talking 4 screws. What a total rip-off. I will never

Please do your homework before you use this company!!!! They misdiagnosed and over-charged me to repair my ice machine. They charged me $409 part of which was a $129 "service fee" that was not applied toward any work performed. Then they quoted me another amount over $300 to finish the job. Once again with a "service fee". When I had someone else come out to get an opinion, he told me my control panel was shot - not what Superior said - and I needed a whole new machine and no one should have even tried to repair it. He said I was definitely taken advantage of or they didn't know what they were

First, I should have read google review for this company. I'm so regretting not to do. My bad anyway-!
The service guy arrived on time with full of cigarettes smells. He checked my ice machine 1 freezing cycle:25min and figured out that the water quality and water filter needs replaced. But the problem of my ice machine was water cannot stop before harvesting. But I asked him not only those things but main board and water valve needs to check up. He kept on insisting on his opinion and did not check it out. Then he sat on the chair and waited until another freezing cycle was done. After check

I would not recommend this company to anyone for service. We contacted them to visit one of our customers to perform a very simple removal / installation task for one of our pieces of equipment. It took nearly two weeks to get their service tech on site. The job done but later the store called us to complain that the unit was leaking. We called back and it has taken another couple of weeks to get someone back to the location. Calling several times to get status and confirmation results in no confirmation, satisfaction or confidence that this will progress. Very frustrating and disappointing.

These guys are seriously amazing! They do over 100 calls a month for me in southern California with am average of 93% of them being completed in 1 trip. Great company with great people, I couldn't be happier with a service rep.
