I’m really short with words to express my THANKFULNESS, APPRECIATION, & GRATITUDE to Mr. Philip Sagun the owner of Phil’s Refrigerator Repair for the 2 AMAZING experiences that I had with him and his company!!
The first experience was on 09/07/21 when my refrigerator stopped cooling, I was looking for a Reliable LG Technician that could fix my refrigerator, checking Yelp, Google, and "Thumbtack" reviews, I found Phil’s Refrigerator Repair with the rear 5 STARS Rating Reviews!!
Although it was a bit further from my home, I was willing to offer and pay an extra for the longer driving distance

An LG fridge with a bad compressor (common problem). Phil responded within minutes of an email, came within 24 hours, and the fridge was ice cold within 12 hours of the repair. If you want to bicker about price then try to shop around. If you want it fixed right the first time, you found the best person for the job. Big thank you to Phil

Phil's customer service is fantastic. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot my refrigerator's problems to assess if he needed to come out. He concluded that I could probably fix it simply on my own. He was so helpful; truly some of the best customer service I've ever had. I'll be calling him for all my future fridge repair needs.

Found online and called they coordinated and were able to come out same day. Compressor had failed and they had one in the truck and were able to repair on the spot. They called LG and confirmed it was under warranty and only charged the diagnostic test. Often times I’m stuck waiting for days and days for parts and all that, but thankfully they had it. Clean and covid friendly. 10/10!!

Had Phil over for a Samsung ice maker issue. Not only is the ice maker working, but he also helped with cleaning the back vents, replaced the water filter, and educated me on all the features of my fridge. He IS the manual!!! He knew more about my fridge than any of the last repair men that we've had. Phil, thank you soo much, you are truly appreciated!
