Pickett Insurance has been our provider for over 20 years. I have compared them to other providers from time to time and the rates are competitive. However, what is not easy to find elsewhere is that I appreciate being able to speak with a person when needed and they are very responsive to my family’s needs. They were proactive in helping me save costs when Washington State’s changing requirements were going to negatively impact my premiums. Kathy Free has been our agent for over 10 years. She has always been thorough and responsive to our needs, often presenting solutions to needs we didn't know we had. She routinely reviews our policies to make sure we are fully covered with the appropriate protection. Kathy makes suggestions, but isn't pushy. Everyone should be so fortunate to have an agent like her.
