I hired Ct Drain Pros for an existing foundation excavation and footing drainage installation. I asked for some extra details that are not typical. AJ of Ct Drain Pros was very responsive. He and his crew were professional, including efficient in their work, and follow through on responsibilities and details. Construction is a fluid process, and as much about communication as the actual work. AJ gave the quote, and participated in the work with his crew. He was paying attention to communication. I’d use this company again, making sure agreements and details are spelled out, which helps communication
