Agreed. Every epicurean knows that salad is served prior to your entree. Perhaps not the dining experience here. Tonight was moderately busy , yet not as busy as I have witnessed previously. I orders tea that was presented lukewarm/tepid.Nonetheless, I ordered a salad and an entree. Included with the entree was the miso soup, house salad and… choice of white rice. The miso soup and salad were present appropriately 8 minutes after my seating. Followed by the server confirming that I ordered the salad that was not a part of the soup/salad/ rice accompaniment . 4 minutes later my entree was
