I work for a different company. I had an issue swapping a set of springs from old struts to new struts. They let me bring the parts and a few tools so i could use their press. They jumped in and helped me with the springs. Really saved my butt. I cant thank them enough.

I recently used Broad River for repairs on my car and I can’t recommend them highly enough! I am a college student and a few days before I was set to leave for winter break my car wouldn’t start. I decided on Broad River auto repair and the whole process was easy and fast. The needed repairs were explained in detail over the phone and they assured me I had nothing to worry about as far as getting the car back before I left for break. Overall I highly recommend Broad River Auto Repair!

I am so thankful for the awesome customer service, professionalism, and empathy Megan showed from start to finish with my service. I was so frustrated I had been recommended to 3 other repair shops and no one could help. I called and got her knowledgeable and friendly voice on the phone. She offered me a ride home and back to the shop once repairs were done. I was equally impressed with Darryl when he called to let me know what the issue with my car was, explained where I could understand and did so in a timely manner. I am impressed with Broad River Auto Repair and will most definitely patron

I highly recommend this family-owned business to anyone. I live in Maryland, but I was in Columbia, SC to pick up my daughter from college, when my Suburban blew the water pump. Paul, Ernie and Megan did everything they could to replace the water pump at a fair price. This business is a gem! I used to be a mechanic 25 years ago, and I am very critical of anyone who works on my cars. These folks were incredible to work with and they are fair. They could have easily take advantage of me, being from out of town, but they did not. Highly recommended!! Good people you can trust to do the job right,
