We inspect all phases of the construction process. From a foundation inspection to the framing inspection and complete the process with a final home inspection. We inspect your well to assess the condition of all its parts such as, the pump, casing, storage tank, vents, etc. We can even test your water.
There are several reasons to have a septic inspection done when you are considering purchasing a home. True, this could help in negotiating the price of the home but, more importantly, most states require this to be done by law before ownership changes hands. When you consider that having the septic system inspected will only cost you a couple of hundred dollars but it may save you tens of thousands, then it is a pretty smart investment.
We use a snake scope camera and feed it down one of your home's drainage pipes. The camera provides a live video so that we can accurately see your home's sewer system. We are looking for anything that could be sabotaging the system. If there is something noticed, then we can suggest what needs to be done to repair it, as well as how soon that repair needs to be made before it could get worse.
Termites and other WDO(Wood Destroying Organisms) can cause thousands of dollars in damage if they're unseen or ignored. Unfortunately, homeowners insurance doesn't cover termite damage. We inspect in all parts of the home to identify if termites are present inside or outside of the home. We have different tools that can help identify the organism that causes the damage as well.

Mike was wonderful. And the company was amazing – – I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and they were able to schedule an inspection for me on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Granted, many people were shopping I’m sure on that Friday, but it was still great to get it scheduled so quickly.

They were able to complete the inspection including the report just one day after making the request. The guy performing the inspection called me the morning of the inspection to let me know he was on the way and followed up with a call on completion to discuss his areas of concerns.

I want to thank Mr. Regan O'Conner for being polite, professional and courteous. I needed to find a Home Inspection company ASAP, and I called after 6pm, hopping that someone would answer and assist me with pricing, services and availability.
Even though I caught Mr. O'Conner in the middle of something, he was very professional and friendly to assist me and answer all my questions.
However my Husband wanted to shop around and compare prices.
We spoke with other 3 more different companies and I did not receive customer service at all. Rude at all points. One of them offer a couple of $dollars

John with All Coast Inspections was professional, friendly, and he did a great job of identifying areas of my home that needed repairs. The first thing that I noticed is that he arrived on time, notified me that he had arrived, and got right to work inspecting my home. He also delivered his report on time, as promised.
