Customer service is great but do not go to a guy name Ray bc some of his work is good but most of them have problems. He turned something that was supposed to be a special moment between me and my lover in to the worse moment in my life. When I pointed out the problem he said my skin color was to dark to see the detail. The top of my heart it square off and not rounded. There's more color in some areas and the space is no where near the same, but he continued to say my skin is too dark to see the detail. That I can't see but everyone else around me sees where it's wrong. Do these
