Services
Lorraine Janeway is our clinic owner and our senior coach. Lorraine's coaching and training ability comes from the unique blend of her traditional counseling education with a focus on systems (masters degree, counseling psychology, Lewis & Clark, 1989) and her executive coach training through one of the most respected executive coaching schools in the U.S. (New Ventures West, 2011).
Dr. Sandell grew up in a family that emphasized nutrition and exercise at an early age, so it was only natural that she decided to pursue a profession in the health field. Dr. Sandell attended the University of North Carolina, Asheville, and received a bachelor of science degree in health and wellness promotion in 2009 with an emphasis in sports medicine and a minor in psychology.
The foundations of health have always been an integral part of how Dr. Roger's has lived her life. Her interest in medicine was kindled while studying psychology as an honors undergraduate student. She spent a year interning in the University of Virginia's academic medical center, working with patients and clinicians and coordinating clinical studies.
Through her personal and professional experiences, Dr. O'Connell is uniquely equipped to compassionately and effectively help people from all walks of life gain control over their health and bring peace to their bodies. Dr. O'Connell graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science from Kaplan University in 2013.
Stevie Chaddock is a Nutritionist who provides nutritional counseling for her clients while focusing on their food relationships and how this impacts their overall health. She celebrates the uniqueness of every person she works with and takes a holistic approach in developing individualized nutrition care for specific health outcomes.

My experience with doctors over the past 22 years is vast as I have had 10 major surgeries due to Osteoarthritis, Degenerative Disc & Joint Disease, Scoliosis, and now Breast cancer. I looked to Dr. O'Connell to help me deal with my health issues and she does not disappoint. She knowledgeable, patient, (you can imagine with my issues that it takes a while to discuss and create a treatment plan), she makes me feel safe and confident. I recommend that you intrust your health issues to Dr. O'Connell.

Dr. O'Connell is an absolute expert in her field!!! Not only is she a friendly and caring person, but she's also an excellent communicator and educator. Her in depth approach to healthcare is really unique. She spends the time needed to get the information across very clearly, and she makes sure you understand what is wrong and what is needed to correct it. She also has immense knowledge of the human body and bio mechanics. I cannot recommend her enough! If you choose to work with Dr. O'Connell, just know you're in amazing hands!!

I am unimpressed with their billing transparency. I was encouraged to use my out of network benefits to save money rather than paying cash. That was in August. Then two days ago I get a call saying I am going to collections if I don't pay my balance. I never got a statement, the patient portal doesn't show a balance, and I was never notified of a… balance until now. I called their biller to pay and the bill was $530 for two visits! This is after my insurance already paid almost $200! I feel exploited and taken advantage of by their billing policies. Their doctor I saw was awesome- I believe

I visited Dr. Kleronomos based on a referral from one of my most trusted physicians. I found Dr. K to be highly knowledgeable about many different treatment forms to help address pain related to autoimmunity. It’s apparent to me that Dr. K has deep care for his patients and his craft. I’d recommend him if you’re looking for dialed in holistic care ☺️

Management has changed earlier this year- and they are incompetent, unaccountable and downright bullies. I have been a patient for over 3.5 years and love the doctors that I have seen. When I started having discrepancies in my billing- ie: overcharging and not getting credited payments- basically getting inaccurate bills. It took a long time to… get someone to sit down with me for an audit of my account. I finally met with Lisa in July and she got me a spreadsheet with adjusted figures I was able to do my own audit on. I still had a couple of questions but Lisa was not available to meet

Dr. Kleronomos was amazing. Firstly, he spent over an hour with me and went into more depth than any other practitioner I have ever met with! He correctly diagnosed me on the first visit! He has also been in pain himself so is empathetic and has so many options for treatment. He is worth seeing, especially if you are in chronic pain. Five Stars All The Way!!

Dr Chris and staff offer a one stop wellness unlike what I’ve ever experienced. From vitamin bags to pain management, counseling, acupuncture, sleep studies, women’s hormonal health and more. Everyone has a ways been very accommodating and the atmosphere is calm and lovely. I always enjoy my visits and feel well taken care of.

I have met with both Dr. Sandell and Dr. Gannaway. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and great at what they do.
I'm currently receiving care under Dr. Gannaway and she is nursing me back to life. During every visit, she has found solutions to long term problems that I have had for years.
It has been more than a pleasure to be a patient here for over three years now.

Most of my concerns that I've had are gone. Out of the long list of concerns I had, there's only about three left (and you better believe those are getting worked on). That's a huge deal and it only took a few months

Dr. Kim Goodale, after 3 sessions, is already making a difference in helping me get on top of long-standing health concerns. I leave each session with a goal for the coming weeks, and prompts to encourage success. I trust her experience, welcome her partnership, and feel very fortunate to have found her. In time, I plan to look into other services here.
