Took my 2010 Tacoma in for an inspection, Oil Change and rotate and balance the tires. Ended up with a $300+ dollar bill. Did an unauthorized alignment and charged me over $100 to essentially ready a code for an airbag light. They were already overpriced for oil changes but this was the final straw. No more recommendations or visits from me.

I’ve known Dave and Family for over 30 years. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff and service here. The best mechanics, the best service, and never once have I felt like a number here. If you want your car diagnosed correctly the first time, you go to Great Bridge Tire and Auto, If you want your car fixed RIGHT this is where you go, If you want not only the expertise but also the professionalism so beyond excellence, this is where you go. Customer service from 7 am To closing is spot on the best anywhere. The fact that my 11 year old car has always had the best service and repairs, is one of the main reasons I will be a lifelong customer.
