The intimate team @ Cinch really do live and work up to their name. We started looking in summer 2020 with little hope in an ultra competitive dtla market. Our sights were set on East LA and within 4 months, we were signing on our 1st LA home in a cozy neighborhood. I refinanced with Phil back in July 2020 based on his recommendation and the absolute level of interest rates at the time. I couldn't find anyone that could come close to what he proposed. We went through the process and Phil provided white glove service from loan approval all the way through closing. He made the process much easier than what I expected. Phil was extremely responsive when I had questions and put me at ease the entire time.

I have refinanced with Phil twice now. He has always been extremely professional and consultative in his approach. He was very patient with me and never gave me the hard sales pitch. After comparing many different options we closed with an option that reduced my monthly payment and reduced the number of years remaining on my loan. We closed on time and Phil was able to hold my rate at among the lowest I have seen in the the market. I would highly recommend Phil and will continue to work with Phil in the future.

If you need to refinance and/or need a trustworthy, efficient loan officer, PHILLIP IS YOUR GUY! He was referred to me by my cousin Tina and I'm so glad she did. I was working with a different Loan Officer at the time and he was not performing. One month went by and I was feeling very discouraged and lost complete trust. Mind you, this is my first time refinancing and it ruined my experience. I ended up reaching out to my cousin who was also refinancing at the time and she reassured me that Phillip can help. Was looking into refinancing my home to lower my monthly, lower my fixed interest rate (which were dramatically low at the time due to COVID and economic slowdown), and also to take money out of my equity (to pay off debt).
