I would highly recommend Dr. Atti. She is a very compassionate, bright and hardworking psychologist who has a special way of connecting with her patients. She took her time to get to know me and my personal goals and then helped me develop skills and tools to use throughout life. She's very skilled in CBT and helped me identify faulty patterns and learn new ways of "being". I am beyond grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Christina Atti has been apart of my team as my therapist for 2+ years. She has taught me the importance of feelings and how to approach them. She has taught me tools to use and support on how to deal with them and the every day obstacles that arise. Her insight and direction has been detrimental to my recovery. She has a great understanding of the workings of an eating disorder and many other mental distortions that hinder my recovery. I am especially grateful for her willingness to be direct when necessary, offer suggestions and alternative perspectives, for listening and validating my emotions
