I have an adult psychiatry practice, which means that I provide evaluation and medication management of psychiatric illnesses for adults age 18 and older. I will gladly work in collaboration with your therapist if you choose. Because my practice is not typically a Telehealth practice, I am only seeing patients who are located in and around Pittsburgh.

Services
If you choose not to use insurance, or are using out of network benefits, you will be expected to pay for you visit at the time of service. This can be paid in cash, check or credit card. If you would like to submit to insurance for reimbursement you will be given a superbill to send to your insurance company.
Please note, new patients will fill out a pre-screening when selecting an appointment. You will receive an email within 1 business day informing whether or not the appointment is confirmed. Prior to scheduling an initial appointment, please review the specific insurance products accepted, as well as the other information on the homepage regarding policies.

I was looking forward to working with Dr.Forrest because I heard they were very LGBT friendly. This is a very important thing for many people, and I am glad Dr.Forrest is helpful to the community.
However, I couldn’t reach Dr.Forrest when I needed to cancel an appointment. Several voicemails later, I attend my appointment was told my options were pay $200 for the missed appointment, or seek treatment elsewhere.
