The Palace, aptly named,offers its residents a life of comfort and its valued employees a sense of accomplishment.
The architectural intricacy is just the beginning, as on the inside there's an ambience of love, compassion and devotion. No effort is spared in attending to the welfare of the residents. They are fully catered to by a very competent staff.
Gourmet meals are prepared and served daily and there is even an entertainment coordinator whose activities keep the residence engaged and entertained

My mom, Isabel is at the Palace Memory Center in Weston. Maggie Gomez, Justin Valdez and the entire team treats all the residents and families with the utmost respect and care! We visit mom weekly and she’s always happy and engaged. Their activities are wonderful! They are thoughtful to honor multiple cultures, languages, and traditions. There is a common theme of inclusiveness among all. Last weekend, we celebrated mom’s 80th BDay and the team honored her with a wonderful celebration! We had a private luncheon for our immediate family and then continued the party in the common area where all

The Palace at Weston is a beautiful place for Seniors to live. I visited because I am planning my retirement and may want to move here. Honestly, they exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, food was exceptional and best of all my daughter works here and I'll be able to see her more often. The Palace is just a beautiful place from the decor to the residents and staff. From the moment you walk in the ambience is so pleasant and everyone is so happy. This is exactly what I am looking for and I would recommend everyone to The Palace at Weston. I promise you won't regret it

My parents recently moved in and they love the staff there. The Palace has become like family to me and they have taken very good care of me and my family. If you are looking into a great place to put your parents into, The Palace is definitely a great choice. I can't explain how much I love their charisma for taking care of my parents.

My father has been in “The Palace” for about six months and the improvement I have seen with him is amazing!! Maggie and Justin are the main ones that I have watched with my father and the love and care that they provide bring tears to my eyes.. they have helped my father excel in so many ways. Not only do they help him with his daily exercises. They also organize wonderful family functions for all of us to be able to come together and have fun… they provide entertainment and activities which makes us all create good memories and most importantly see my father and others with a big smile

I have had the pleasure of experiencing both being that I have a family member who works for The Palace and a family member that lives there. You will never be disappointed. The food is great, very clean, the staff is so kind and conscious of everything going on. They don’t miss a beat. They have the best HR team there! Very attentive to their employees. They are Huge on employee engagement and you can tell the employees are truly happy in their work environment. They hire amazing people! The sales advisors are fantastic

My mother has lived at the Palace of Weston since May 2021 and LOVES it! It is like living on a cruise ship all the time. There are lots of daily activities, live music with Happy Hour, nightly movies in the theater, amazing gym, computer classes and water aerobics. It is a dream come true for anyone retired and wanting a full life with little stress. I’m ready to move in. It is super friendly and safe and lots of people to help all the time. It really is amazing. Go by for a tour. Best place to live!
