Jim has been in public accounting since 1989 and has been a CPA since 1980, where he has helped many individuals and businesses with their accounting, bookkeeping, tax planning, and tax preparation for small and medium-size companies. Jim maintains his expertise by continuing education required by the Georgia Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Jim is a nice guy, but nothing was done right or in the timeline promised. It took this company over a year to help us get caught up on taxes, and they still never got ut done! We had to go with another company to finally finish eveything. The new company finished in days what was seemingly taking J Ray CPA all year. Not to mention how outrageously priced they are! They never once gave us an estimate of costs for tax preparation, even though we asked repeatedly, they always danced around the question. Then charged us $5k to do 4 years of taxes, my new CPA did it for less than half that and did
