I am a hairstylist and salon owner. I have been ordering hair from Super Hair Factory for at least 7 years. They have been a godsend for me and all of my clients. I pride myself on doing hair extensions in a way that does not damage the clients own hair, but I could not rest assured that every client would have a good hair extension experience until I found Super Hair Factory.

My first order from Super Hair Factory was in the 90's. The quality of the hair at this company CAN NOT be beat. My favorite is the Bohyme hair for weaving, which can be used over and over and over again. I love this company, the customer service is superior; always knowledgeable about their product and answering any questions you may have. Keep up the excellent work!

The hair quality is absolutely amazing! Been wearing this hair for years! I have never had an issue. Great customer service. Joe the owner is amazing as well. My cousin had to get a lot of her hair removed due to these hair extensions knotting and matting to her head just from going in the water. Customer service was no help at all and was extremely rude. She only had them in for 3 weeks and spent $800 on them. They refuse to give her any sort of refund or compensation. This is ridiculous and this company should be ashamed of themselves for all the lies and false advertising they do to their customers.

Absolutely horrific. I’m a FRIEND of someone who purchased from this company about a month ago. Had nothing but AMAZING things to say. This young woman is experienced in taking care of her hair extensions. She’s talked to many people over the years and knows what to do to maintain it for lengthy amounts of time. This company failed to warn its customers not to go into salt water. Nowhere did it say not to. Her hair turned into actual dreads and she lost a lot of her own hair as well, not just the purchased hair. Had to get it professionally removed. Extensions are what makes my friend feel

Spent hours detangling their extensions on a client just for it to continuously knot back up. Her extensions had been fine until she went into water. Not enough leave in conditioner or oils could save them from tangling. The poor girl was crying and when we called them to explain the situation and problems we were having with their hair they completely threw us to the side. Horrified by their customer service. Then even did as much as to tell my client what she needs in a psychiatrist and not their help.
Would never recommend them to anybody ever again, more so based

So I had the hair extensions in for about 4-5 weeks. I live in Florida so I wanted top quality hair to go in the salt water every so often. The first time I went in, they absolutely knotted & turned into MATURE DREADLOCKS. I had to get the extensions removed & lost so much of my real hair. No where on the website does it say “if you go in the salt water it will completely ruin the extensions to no point of return & ruin your real hair with it due to knotting”. I have been using their hair for 10
Years on and off. My hair lady would order it, in between I would order from other places and had to return it because the quality was horrible. This is by far the best quality of hair perhaps because it's is the really hair and not just a knock off.
In addition, the customer service is very responsive and really care. They always want to make their customers happy!!!!

This is the third time I've purchased hair from this company. The first two times the hair was coarse. The third time, it shed like crazy. I contacted customer service and they told me I have 2 options. Option 1.) send the hair back and they'd send me back new hair or option 2.) collect it over a week then send it. I didn't want to do option 1 because I paid $350 to have it put in and would have to pay ANOTHER $350, so I opted for option 2. I collected it over a span of a week. I sent them 0.5 ounces. They responded back they will give a credit of 4 times that for next order, which

Super Hair Factory provided poor customer service. The two employees that were working today did not have a clue about the product and were not helpful at all. One employee really said to me, "Tell Joe I was rude and mean to you, I don't care." He said his name was Jackie - I doubt that is true. I have purchased hair from them on previous occasions and had a great experience. Today was the absolute worst day and they lost a customer. I never want anyone to lose their job, Joe - you need to fire these two. They were horrible!

My wife used to always go to buckhead to buy hair extensions until her store closed down. She had me drive her to super hair factory in Lawrenceville (good for me because much closer to my Duluth area) and we were met by a very friendly group of guys. They have a huge warehouse store and my wife is very impressed with how many different highlight lowlight combination colors they have. Owner Joe also gave many tips to maintain the hair and is very educational. 10/10 experience overall!!!

I did a google search for the Super Hair Factory and noticed it came up as 1 star on Yelp so I figured I'd better get on here to balance things out. I've had nothing but the best experience with Joesph, the owner, and think he runs an excellent business. I once purchased a wig from him and they were sold out of the color I wanted. He tracked down a similar color that ended up not working out and let me return the wig with no problem. He was never once anything less than nice and helpful. They have a no return policy given the nature of the products but still let me return the wig since

Their company: shady, says one thing and does another. Demands their customers comply but will not honor 90 day guarantee, customer satisfaction or verbal assurance. Verbally bully's their customer by telling me what comes around goes around and I am not getting a free ride...
Are you kidding me??? I purchased the most expensive top of the line hair product...I don't think that implies a free ride at all. Now, I am stuck with this garbage and completely embarrassed by it until I can get it replaced

I have been purchasing products from Super Hair Factory for over 10 years, the quality of hair and service is excellent, it's simply fantastic. Over the past 10 years I have only had one issue to arise, I immediately contacted super hair factor and explain the issue, there customer service representative was so sympathetic and courteous, they took care of my issue in a timely manner, the customer service representative even called me a days later just to check to make sure everything was okay and to verify I was satisfied with how Super Hair Factory handled my issue.
