Eliza made our experience at Jaylynn feel like "coming home". We were family from the moment we walked through the door. My daughters and I connected with Eliza immediately. JayLynn met and exceeded our expectations. They guided us from what to wear, to what to expect during our shoot, and helped us pick a picture package that suited our whole family. The photographer was fun and brought out our best expressions during the shoot (the sitting was very affordable by the way!). Following the shoot, the editing staff made our family look amazing, even in the oh so hard to do sitting for 20. They delicately handled my family's many opinions when it came down to choosing our best photos for print. They were able to do face swap editing techniques to ensure all of us looked

I loved working with Eliza! Right off the bat she made me feel comfortable in front of her lens. She was so kind and fun and she gave me really helpful direction in how to pose or even which shirt to wear next haha. She got my photos back to me really quickly too--I was shocked. I would DEFINITELY hire her again! Beautiful space too!!

I used the studio for my wedding. Bridal shoot, ceremony, reception photos and video, the works. The photographers & videographer were nice and friendly and on time and took some good shots.
The overall product is of decent but not great quality. The photos are not edited well. When I got the professional prints, my eyes are closed in 6 of them! Our big 8x10 group shot has weird contrast and does not show the true colors of skin or dresses.
It took forever to get anything fixed/finished and sometimes more than one phone call to get a response from Cynthia. There were over 1800 images on

I needed a headshot for my employer very last minute, the folks at JayLynn were so accommodating. They fit me in to their busy schedule, and even edited the photo after the fact when I found out the background didn't match the other images at the company (I had bad infomation) and didn't even charge me for this. The customer service is great, and I really appreciated them bending over backwards to help out in a tight spot.

It was a pleasure to work with Cynthia and her team. They were extremely responsive and gave us a great deal on product photos for our business SolarSak.
The photo editor Tammy responded to our minor change requests same day, and we got the perfect shots we were hoping for a few hours later.
They're a highly professional and skilled team of photographers and photo editors. I highly recommend them for any type of photo shoot!

We have been enthusiastically pleased each time we have used JayLynn Studios. We have used them for many different experience from senior photos and our gorgeous family fall photo, to bridals and weddings. Cynthia is our favorite photographer. The other supporting staff are fantastic and make us feel welcome. We love the viewing of proofs and their system makes it easy to view and compare to help us find our favorites. I love that we can also purchase a disc so if not all of our favorites are purchased initially or if we need more we can do so. I heartily encourage using JayLynn Studios!

Cynthia did my bridals. I was able to my hair and makeup done with her before she took my pictures. She made me feel like a model. We went through different sets in the studio and made sure I was posed to look my best. I loved the personified experience and love the fact that I get to keep all my pictures. I definitely recommend JayLynn studios.

Our photographer was wonderful and worked with my large family in a very professional manner. He knew how to position us and even remembered names. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our requests, including a recreation of a funny childhood picture of my now adult children. We wanted both an indoor and outdoor shot and our photorgrapher knew of several spots nearby where we could have some lovely scenery as a backdrop. When picking the photographs I was very happy that my budget was taken into account and every effort made to keep within it. The finished products are beautiful and now

Cynthia was amazing! She knew exactly how to keep our babies attention and how to get him to smile! She was able to get us to respond and pose so quickly based off of her instructions that we were in and out in 25 minutes! When we returned to look at our pictures the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like a valued family and didn't try to "sell" to us. Instead, the sale was made through quality, quickness and respect. Great job!!

Terrible terrible terrible mediocre quality over priced. This place does a terrible job I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I like. They do not have an artistic eye nor can you choose from a variety of backgrounds. Very amateur work here. The photographer came in late and reaked like cigarettes. Not only was I offended but he was photographing my family including my 5 month old baby. We were completely rushed during the hours we paid for (sitting fee ). He was just snapping away didn't get any good pictures of my family. And what's worse they don't even photo shop or crop any

Jaylynn Studios was the best experience we, as a family, have ever had. We had not had our pictures taken together for a long time because of the difficulty of getting everyone to look good. Our group was not easy, as we had a couple of people with disabilities. Everyone was treated with respect and dignity. The photographer and the rest of the staff helped us out so much! From the time we got our pictures taken to the time we got them printed was very efficient. The costomer service was impeccable! The photos ended up looking great! We have one of the whole family hanging above our mantel now
