Excellent all the way around!! As a triathlete, it's very important to me that I find knowledgeable, detail oriented, and professional therapists and office staff. After experiencing several injuries no one else could fix for me, Plano Sports and Spine was highly recommend by our surgeon. Thanks to them I have been able to get back into training. I am extremely happy with the care and attention I have received. I recently made an appointment for my daughter and made an appointment with their massage therapist Julie. I have had my share of massages as well and excellent massages are hard to find

The best of the best. Highly recommended. Highly trained and disciplined staff. Staff is well organized, caring and compassionate. This is where doctors go. I started at another clinic and had a terrible experience. I researched other alternatives and found the Institute. They have enabled me to have a speedy and miraculous recovery. Many thanks to the staff for helping me to start a new chapter in my life.

Staff was great! Julie did a 90 minute massage that made me feel like I melted to the table in relaxation. She made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure she applied. Overall relaxing. Only small blip was it sounded like someone was working with a medicine ball or so outside the room for a couple minutes. A little distracting. In summary, you won't regret this. Also very affordable and no pressure to purchase other visits although I will be back very soon.

Best experience in rehab ever! I went in after 2 trips to the ER in 1 day. While I had an acute episode, my pain was from multiple injuries over the year. Dave identified my weak areas and knew how to tell me how to engage the muscles by talking me through it all the way. (Past experiences elsewhere over the years included PTs upset and fussing at… me for not trying when I had no idea how to do the exercises.) He talked me through it patiently. It typically took me 3 reps to feel the muscles he identified, but I got it. Within 1 week, I was so much better. My home program was advanced regularly

I had a slipped disc in agonizing pain. Called this clinic they fir me in while I got a note from my primary doctor and I stated off with an hr massage. Julie the masseuse was amazing. I walked in half bended over and walked out almost skipping out the door. The clinic was packed with patients and therapists and looking forward to first treatment.
So glad I was referred over to them.

My daughter is a gymnast and had a horrible overuse injury in both elbows that required extensive surgery to fix. She worked with Kendra and got all of her range of motion back. Kendra is amazing- skilled and thoroughly knowledgeable in her job, patient yet able to get hard work out of her patients, and she is always encouraging and positive about the outcome of my daughter's injuries. We love Sports and Spine!

If you ever have back pain, Dave is your man. He WILL relieve the pain and get you down the road to overall better physical health and conditioning. NEVER could I have imagined how such small exercises could make such a HUGE difference in my back health and overall well-being. Seriously...if you are in back pain, making an appointment with Dave MUST be your next move!

Extremely skilled and knowledgeable staff. Tom and company have a lot of experience helping athletes reach their potential by providing knowledge-based therapy. I took my 15-year old baseball player here who was experiencing inner elbow pain and we discovered that growing 3.5 inches in 10 months and not stretching properly was the key source of the pain. We shut him down and worked daily on the exercises Tom showed us. I believe this helped my son return to the mound (later) injury free.

When you're looking for a PT, chances are you're in a lot of pain and wanting someone you can trust. That was my situation, and I had no idea who to choose. I had bulging discs in my spine, so I chose this rehab facility and worked with Dave, who specializes in spine rehab.
The first visit, Dave did a thorough examination of how my body was moving. I felt like he spent a lot of time making sure he could see exactly what was wrong and how to help.
Within about two days of doing the exercises Dave suggested, I was off my major pain meds. I still wasn't walking more than a few steps or sitting down

Dave has worked miracles with me for different injuries. A well known doctor was convinced I needed back surgery. I convinced the doctor to let Dave continue working with me a few weeks longer. Even the doctor was shocked at my recovery and said I definitely did not need surgery after all. At least once a month I recommend this facility to my friends and business acquaintances. Even though I live near Mockingbird and the Dallas Tollway, it's worth the drive and actually a quick drive. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
