Staff were very helpful, especially Willie - he provided a lot of tips so I could get the safety inspection done quickly and easily, including times when it typically isn’t too busy so there isn’t a long wait and that they even have a discount! Unlike other places I called, Willie also took the time to answer all my questions instead of trying to hang up as quickly as possible. Based on the excellent customer service and willingness to offer a discount, this location will be my choice for all future inspections!

Will return here. They happily accepted our Groupon for the oil change and offered to get us in next day. They recommended changing oil filters, which we did, and the price was fair. I asked them to check out the latch that was no longer working to open the trunk from the drivers side. They fixed it, and didn’t even charge us, saying it was a quick fix. Nice people.

It was always a great awesome feeling when I was there for my oils change , inspection or emissions. They do their job prompt and accurately. Ali the inspection and emissions guy is very nice and doing very quickly his jobs and all the personal over there is very respectful and helpful. I have recommended to everyone to doing there next job in liberty.

Recently had emissions test done at Liberty. By far the best customer service in the Alexandria/Springfield area. Everyone is always respectful, polite, and professional; the service is prompt as well. I am willing to wait for service here if they are busy (which is never more than reasonable). Well done folks -

Had my car inspected there. Young man doing inspections is friendly and efficient. I had a small issue with my car that would have failed it. He showed it to me and allowed me to change a fuse to fix the issue and not fail the car. They also have coupons in the local mailer for $5 off inspections and for other services. Gas prices are always very reasonable and conveniently located.
