I got the tonkotsu ramen and whole grilled squid. ~$30 w/ tip.
Service: 10/10
- staff was friendly. No complaints.
Ramen: 4/10 ($13)
- the broth was bland. No saltiness to it and not very rich or creamy. This ramen gave me the runs all day. And I've only had this and the squid to eat.
- the ramen egg was just a yolky egg with not much flavor to it.
- Chashu was tender. Very good.
- some menma pieces were hard which was not very enjoyable.
Grilled Squid: 8/10 ($12)
- this was bussin. It was nice and saucy and the sauce was tasty
- the tentacles were kinda dry like jerky

We visited for the second time last night, and it was a good as the first.
We ordered vegetable tempura and Spam musubi to start. The tempura was a proper, crispy tempura without excess grease. The musubi is well-proportioned and tasty so props on starters.
I ordered a Shoyu ramen and my wife had the Tonkotsu. Of the two, we found the broth in the Shoyu to be more flavorful, although both are solid. The noodles have a good consistency, and pork is amazing. The eggs were cooked to perfection. Overall we were well-pleased and found this place to be a good value for the buck!

My hubby and kids found this place during the start of the pandemic. And now, it became one of the favorite Ramen place we go to in the Sacramento area...Natomas to be precise. I have enjoyed their delicious Black and Tonkotsu ramen multiple times but I have never stepped in to the restaurant itself as we always order to go and eat it in the Van. Yep, we are that cautious still. . They have the same toppings (Chashu, marinated bamboo shoots, black mushroom ears, bean sprouts, soft boiled egg, and green onions) and noodles as any other Ramen place we go to but the difference that I've noticed

I dropped a family member at the airport, so I was looking for something quick and yummy. I saw the Ramen place and walked in. Totally love it! Reminds me of some ramen joints in japan. It's small, compact cozy and modern! Super busy. I contemplated getting IN-N Out or something quick because I was starving. I asked the guy at the front if he can make my order quick. He said he would...Then, I realized I forgot my phone/wallet in the car. He offered to get the order started even before I paid!! What awesome customer service. When I went to the car got my wallet, paid then sat down at the bar

I go here whenever I'm craving ramen as it's super local to me. The ramen is good and I always do takeout and it is still piping hot when I get home. I think it's a bit pricey but still a fan. I also like their spam musubi. I have never eaten at the restaurant and don't think I would because it seems pretty small and can be crowded some nights. The staff is super friendly and my takeout orders are always ready at the time they state.

This place is pretty good. I came here when it first open as a yelp elite and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The ramen was pretty good. The service was great. I will definitely come here again, especially since it's pretty close to where I live. If anything changes, I will be sure to come back and update.

Stopped by here earlier this week and saw this popped up as a recommendation!
Taste: I'm giving this a 4/5 only because my chashu tasted cold when I had it served. My friend ordered tonkotsu ramen and said her chashu wasn't cold at all. I never usually order black garlic ramen, but from my past experiences with ramen shops, some had really salty broths, but this wasn't the case. I also liked how there was some chili paste available at each table if you dine in. It definitely hits the spot with the chili paste. Also, this ramen doesn't come with an egg.
Price: Pretty standard

FOOD: Very flavorful broth, a bit more on the saltier side, but still worth it. Plenty of options to choose from but this one was a starred one on the menu. If you love huge/whole pieces of garlic, this bowl is for you. (:

I was in the area for something else when we noticed this little ramen shop. It was super outside, but with the ac inside it made it perfect to have ramen!
We got the tonkatsu ramen and the black garlic ramen - their two recommended ramens. We opted not to add any spice to the ramen but I did add an egg to the black garlic ramen.

The black garlic ramen and vegetarian ramen were both winners.
I'm sure everything else on the menu is phenomenal, but the real reason why I'm giving Koshi Ramen Bar 5 stars is that they were prepping breakfast kits to deliver to elderly! Also, their bathroom is super clean.
Would definitely visit again!
