I tried ordering a $6000 AV Receiver from Starpower last week and was told I they could not get me product until end of November at the earliest. I was able to order AV Receiver directly from company having it delivered in 2 days. I did purchased $800 worth of HDMI 48 Gbps cables from Starpower this past Friday. I called Starpower today to purchase roughly $500 worth of speaker wire and sales associates became snarky with me because I did not purchase AV Receiver from Starpower. He told me to F off and said purchase my speaker wire elsewhere. He was butt hurt because I didn't wait until

I contracted with Starpower to design an AV system for my new home. After hours of meetings discussing the requirements, existing equipment that they needed to incorporate, etc., they made and I accepted a three-stage proposal. During the second phase, they ran into a problem with their Total Control-based control system (the one they selected and sold me for the job) not being able to integrate properly with my Kaleidescape system (Starpower is an authorized Total Control and Kaleidescape dealer so they should understand what is required to Kaleidescape integration). I paid them for the labor

I implore anyone considering giving this company their business to please reconsider and explore the many, many alternatives. I have a 30+ year history of having home theaters installed in my homes. I’ve used big and small companies, different brands, and this was by far the very worst experience I have ever had with any business. It’s 2020. You can order everything that they do online, have it set up correctly and permanently in less than half the time, and never have to worry about things breaking.

This place has the TV’s and Home Theater equipment we all wish we had. I set up my Media Room with a projector, stereo, and speakers from here and it is awesome. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable.

These guys are idiots! First off, try not to even enter the store. If you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION about you. They will simply harass the crap out of you with endless spam! When I did try to hire them, they wouldn't return phone calls or email. They'll say everything you want to hear, and do the complete opposite. Paid over 35k for a system that has never worked properly since the first day all you get is lip service we are so frustrated afraid may have to litigate to get relief. We bought a television, sound bar, and DVD player. Our sales person, Dustin was awesome and spent a good deal of time explaining the features of the equipment and best fit for our needs. The installation guys did a great job, as well as showing us how to use the special features that integrate on my iPhone. Will definite have Starpower redesign my family room built-in wall unit with a rock design and floating wood shelves and install new equipment with surround sound. Great company and a great install! Worst experience with a contracted company I have ever experienced. This is my first social media review I have ever done! Even Food poisoning from a restaurant has never compelled me to disgrace a restaurant. But after my experience with Starpower, which I contracted to upgrade my home during a major remodel went and has repeatedly gone so bad-- I feel it is my duty to warn others from making the same mistake I did in using this completely horrible company! Before you spend a small fortune with this company make sure you have a bank roll to pay someone else to fix all their mistakes!!!!!

Wow, beautiful store. Knowlegible staff. Prices are on the high side, but many of the items are not run of the mill appliances. None of the salesmen were pushy, which I appreciated, but they properly used sales techniques. They informed me, put me at ease, got many items in my hands. Nd it was easy to get in and out of. I live in Nebraska and had been in the market for a high end OLED TV for awhile, I was just saving and price watching before I pulled any triggers.

There are only a very few businesses I use exclusively for products and services. Starpower is one of those select few and I only do business with Ron Kushner.
Ron and I have worked together as client / consultant for 15 years through several home theater systems and multiple homes. I would not use another company nor would I buy from another sales consultant.
If you want "cheap", buy from Best Buy. If you want cost effective with the highest of quality, buy from Ron at Starpower.

My first purchase was for Apple TV. We went to Starpower because the system we have was installed by Tweeter which is now out of business. We wanted to make sure everything worked together properly.
The Apple TV installation was okay, but they accidentally unhooked the connection to the outside speakers.
