Our group has called McKinney, Texas home since 1998 and have treated thousands of patients from all over Texas. Silvers, Lloyd, Witt and Sgro will treat you like family. Our providers care about your foot and ankle condition and we assure you that the care that you are provided will be personalized so that we can get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.
We offer many premium services at Advanced Foot and Ankle Center, many of which you won't find elsewhere in north Dallas. These services are offered for various foot and ankle conditions and can assist with both your medical and cosmetic needs. Ankle sprains are caused by an unnatural twisting or force on the ankle bones of the foot, often resulting in one or more ligaments on the outside of the ankle to be stretched or torn.
Christina comes to Advanced Foot and Ankle with 15 years' experience in partnership accounting of commercial real estate assets. She began her career with a Property Management company that owned and managed 51 senior living care communities in Washington, Oregon, California, New Mexico, Texas, North Carolina, & Florida, under two different management entities.
Dr. Eric M. Silvers founded Advanced Foot and Ankle Center in 1998 and has over 26 years of combined training and experience in the field of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He prides himself with having a humble bedside manner and genuine desire to help each patient he sees.
He strives to devote his full attention to his patients and their foot and ankle problem(s) and utilizes his experience and knowledge to deliver a treatment plan that will provide relief from painful foot and ankle conditions.His treatment approach is tailored to each individual's problem, activity level and desired outcomes.

You will be seen for your preoperative appointment within 2 weeks of your planned surgery date. At this appointment your doctor will review your surgery in detail with you and answer any remaining questions you may have. Consents will be signed, and any boots or surgical shoes needed for surgery will be dispensed.

Advanced Foot and Ankle Center is our go-to place for all our podiatry needs. My mother went to them also and had a successful surgery. Several years later I also had to have surgery. From the moment you walk in the door you will be treated by a knowledgable and courteous front office staff and taken care of by doctors who take the time to make sure you get the best medical care possible.

I went here recently as I have had chronic issues with my foot. After several visits and a great treatment plan, I was able to avoid surgery and have had a complete turnaround and now able to run/job and resume normal life. The focus on ways to improve and prevent future problems was one that was refreshing, instead of a shot and come back if you hurt in a month, they were much more focused on a long terms solution. First time patient in Oct 2021. The initial appointment/first visit was scheduled within a day and the staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was not in a hurry, took the time to listen to my issues and explained all of my options recommending the most conservative treatment plan first. I needed some corrective inserts for my shoes and had heard stories from friends visiting other offices where the prices were outrageous but I was pleasantly surprised at the affordability. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a podiatrist or looking to make a change from their existing doctor

I have seen Dr. Silvers on a couple of occasions due to minor foot pain. The staff is super friendly and I didn't have to wait forever to be seen. Dr. Silvers has a great bedside manner and my foot feels better! I have moved from the Aubrey area to Lewisville, and I STILL make the drive to the Advanced Foot and Ankle Center. Worth every mile!
