Personal trainer and Strength coach serving The South Bay, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and other Los Angeles areas. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance.

They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention. Recognizing that their area of expertise is separate and distinct, CSCS consult with and refer athletes to other professionals when appropriate.

Jason Kahn has helped me train specifically for volleyball, and he creates plans that help me improve my overall athleticism as well as direct applications to my sport.

I’ve known Jason for a few years now. We trained together for two years and then I moved further south from his location. Jason is an amazing trainer with tons of experience. In three sessions he turned my work out into something where I am stronger in my core and have functional strength which is what I was looking for. I’ve also lost weight. He is great at conforming your work out to fit your own personal needs

For the last four years training with Jason one-on-one I noticed a vast improvement not only on physique, but also my health . This is coming from someone who has practically never stepped into a gym for the past 27 years resulting in poor weight management and eating habits. Jason Kahn is such a hard worker, approachable, and all around great coach! Update: I’m sooo happy with the results I have. For the first time in 15 years, I’m seeing muscle tone on my legs and my body is changing! Jason is soooo awesome. Highest standards and always on my side, remembering my goals to help me achieve them. Woo woo!

Jason Kahn is a phenomenal personal trainer. His 20 years in the biz shows with every session I have with him. He breaks down movements in memorable and easy to understand ways, which makes training fun and helps the techniques stick in my head. Jason Kahn is an excellent physical trainer. I trained with him throughout high school and I am now a Division 1 athlete. The instruction he provided helped me achieve my goals of playing volleyball at the collegiate level by helping me improve my form to prevent injury and increase my strength and athleticism.
