At The Forum Private Fitness Club, you're not just a member; you are part of a community. We believe we achieve our goals when you achieve your goals. We know that joining a gym can be a difficult choice, which is why our staff strives to create an atmosphere that is inviting, friendly, and informative.

We call it Live (diet) more of a holistic approach. Eating to live opposed to living to eat, so health prevention-yes & Health reform-no! The proper eating habits will cause one a more healthy lifestyle to avoid getting sick so less sick-days on the job and be more reliable in the work force, therefore my promotions.
We believe in the old traditional way like the Major League Baseball (MLB), the NBA, NHL & the NFL Athletes. Stretches before the task. That the trainers here really emphasis getting the Stretch during the movements during the exercises & along with the resistance is a perfect recipe to get results fast!

My experience with the Forum Private Fitness Club has been consistently excellent over the six years that I have been working with Kamal, three times a week. My objectives have been to maintain good muscle tone and strength, important to me as I age. Kamal has worked with me over time to gradually increase the level of my workout, and is always sensitive to any discomfort that I display. He makes notes during and after each workout so he knows where I should start the next workout. In addition to keeping fit, I have also lost weight (which has been an ancillary benefit; weight loss wasn't a goal

I've been training at Kamal's Gym for a few years now and there's no one better to help you stay in shape! His personal attention to the needs of your physique and larger than life personality keeps you motivated and interested, even on those days where lifting weights is the last thing you'd like to do. He has a canny ability to judge your energy level on any given day and adjust the regimen accordingly. Highly Recommended!

Kamal is very skilled and knowledgable. He is professional, non-judgmental, understanding patient and compassionate. It's obvious that he loves people and he loves helping me be the best I can be. He not only trains my body, he trains my mind. As I become more and more conscious, my habits are changing causing my body to change. The gym is comfortable, bright, and clean. The best trainer I've ever had!
